Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Rugby Airport Minicab. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

1.1 “Rugby Airport Minicab,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” may denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Ensure adequate time is allocated for the journey to arrive punctually, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Rugby Airport Minicab is not accountable for delays caused by insufficient time allocation or if you are not ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 You are responsible for booking a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Rugby Airport Minicab does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price for significant itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Any wait exceeding this period will incur standard Rugby Airport Minicab waiting rates. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Rugby Airport Minicab of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is not permitted.

4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger count must adhere to licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 Promptly notify Rugby Airport Minicab of any cancellations. Charges apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on the driver’s time and distance covered.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 Rugby Airport Minicab is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative car to complete your journey.

6.4 You indemnify Rugby Airport Minicab against expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 Liability exclusion or limitation is not applicable for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Rugby Airport Minicab may subcontract obligations. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may modify terms and conditions, and such changes will be reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Rugby Airport Minicab and yourself.

8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Rugby Airport Minicab is not obliged to address claims or disputes made after this period.
